Shipping Policy
Most items are made to order, assembled by hand, and all parcels are packed with love by us- absolutely no drop shipping. Because of this, please allow a processing time of 4-10 business days. Please know we are a small business and work hard to get your orders out in a timely manner. Once your package has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.
International customers please be aware that COVID-19 is still impacting shipping times. Most International packages are delivered within 4-8 weeks with standard shipping dependent upon location.
A tracking number will be provided to all customers and any questions regarding delivery must be directed to the courier once the item has shipped as I have no direct affiliation with any couriers.
The Frilly Feline is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages if insurance is not purchased. If you want to add insurance to your package you can upgrade to priority shipping which includes insurance up to $100.
Order/Size Changes
Should any changes need to be made to your order please email us at thefrillyfeline@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Please be sure to include your order number and explain the adjustments that need to be made.
Tracking
Once your package has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the package to be scanned and show in the couriers system. All further questions regarding the packages location must be directed to the appropriate courier. We at The Frilly Feline have no affiliation/relationship with any courier and are unable to update you on delivery status.
Germany - Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register)
Germany's Packaging Act "VerpackG" imposes requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).
My brand, The Frilly Feline, is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) with registration number DE1583720734425. My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.
As consumer please ensure that all received packaging is separated, reused and/or disposed of in the right recycling containers, at home or locally.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Frilly Feline is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
